Really amazing team to work for, great company culture, and great product

There are no downsides that come to mind.

Kind colleagues who are willing to put up with a lot while feeling undervalued. They resourcefully come up with (and execute) creative workarounds when lacking resources. They contribute great ideas that benefit the company, but resources are insufficient to act on them. COO Maria has great leadership skills.

Pressure from HR to participate in wellness challenges. Low morale due to the stress of compensation not keeping up with living costs/inflation. (Also see the other reviews that mention limited career growth opportunities) Perks like earning "$1 per mile after 5 miles walked each day" don't make up for deeper work culture issues. During my time here, there was a bit of a disconnect between company objectives and underlying KPIs/strategies to warrant/support them. There were also internet issues and the work laptop (refurbished chromebook) froze often, which disrupted meetings and workflows.
