Pros
Permanent contract after a trial period of 2 months. A lot of freedom in work hours. Lots of events/parties with colleagues.
Cons
High levels of stress because of impossible deadlines. Making money is more important than healthy empoyees. Really bad salaries while selling a myth that everyone can decide their own salary. Culture is aimed on hiring Juniors because they are cheap labour. People are equal, but some people are more equal than others.
