No respect/recognition for its employees (Senior management gets new company car rather than raising wages, they also have christmas parties but not the employees at the bottom of the chain) treat employees like robot with empty desk policy and monitor your breaks (if you’re a smoker you’re in luck and will have more breaks than a non smoker) Double standards on rules pending if they like you or not Unrealistic sickness policy (be sick twice a month you’ll be given a disciplinary!) Expect belittlement and moral harassment from senior management
