Good pay but poor management attitudes and inflexibility - Chef De Parties Incipio Group Employee Review

Management and supervisor attitudes need serious improvement. While the policy allows staff to eat at different venues, the execution by team leaders is rude and inflexible. I’ve experienced multiple occasions during my breaks where managers refused to accommodate staff food requests even when the venues were empty and not busy. Instead of finding simple solutions (like letting us order while we change out of uniform), the response is often dismissive, polite manners are lacking, and you are made to feel like you are begging for free food rather than using a staff perk. Better leadership training on how to treat employees with respect is badly needed.
