      Pros

      - get trained as a tax accountant through their annual course for just $500 and paired with an experienced accountant for your first tax season - people within the company have a wonderful attitude towards new people and helping each other learn new things - flexible and negotiable - supportive and focused on employee professional growth and customer loyalty - dynamic people - adaptive to technological changes whilst also feeling like a very traditional business

      Cons

      - about half the staff are full time and half are seasonal - only way to meet other employees from other offices is at accountancy training conference, so most of my coworkers are a disembodied voice to me
