Pros

Some nice people, nothing else

Cons

Niche product, poor leadership, no vision, no plans for the future. After laying off 40% of the company callously over zoom, they offered 1 week severance, canceled health insurance immediately without warning Not a single offer from management to help employees find a new job. No mention on LinkedIn, no emails. Nothing. They released a statement to C Tech stating: Incredibuild will accompany the laid-off employees and provide them with occupational guidance in their new path But not a single laid off employee has heard a single word from them. This is the true core of their leadership, ethics and culture. Also: 90% of these positive reviews are lies. They’ll also like to you throughout the interview process about the state of the business and your career

Pros

- New CRO is great, seems to have a big effect on the rest of the leadership team - Clear mission, moving quickly with minimal BS - Lovely lovely people across the entire company

Cons

- Structure is still coming together... be prepared to build it/ask for it, don't expect it to be seamless! - Israel - US timezones can sometimes be frustrating but mostly everyone in Israel is happy to take meetings later in their evening so there is good overlap

Pros

- Good people and work flexibility

Cons

- 0 Career advancement despite high attainment. - Top performers not rewarded. - Layoffs are the norm here. - Coasting on core offerings success (too long before features get implemented). - When features are implemented management will then remove them for not being profitable a few months later. - Little to no training or support for the sales teams. - Little to no support for sales motions. - Free software competitors have taken over the only market share they had. - Low transparency across teams.
