Pros
Good connection with IBM, the company provides hundreds of programmers for IBM. IBM is a great company to work for: flexible working hours (depending on the manager) and reasonable targets and deadlines.
Cons
Hard to build a career: as a contractor is difficult to move up. Hard to change projects. It seems that the management from Incrys it treats well the employees because things are working so good with IBM, not because its good nature.
