If you are a fresher, Never join this company. Let me tell you my experience, I was hired from campus, Initially, they told me there will be training for 3 months. It was worst training ever. Few of senior faculty rarely used to come and give us links to various websites and we have to learn things on our own. There is no professionalism. All they used to do is talk with girls instead of teaching us. Its shameful to organization. Since training dint go well, they came up with the concept of project work. Holy crap! It was horrible experience. Again, Project teams are divided based on good looking girls not based on talent. Project topic was changing like everyday. Ultimately, we did nothing. IN THE NAME OF TRAINING, THEY DINT EVEN PAY US PROPER SALARY. Lastly, HR Department - You call yourself, People platform team. Sometimes, listen to concerns of freshers too. I had approached you many a times, They never appeared for help.
