      Pros

      Teammates were all hard working, management was very understanding and flexible. Plenty of social events to balance out the work that you did. Other perks like food, PTO, flexible schedule etc.

      Cons

      Workload got progressively worse. Slow hiring meant high workload for existing employees and many projects would remain half complete or just untouched. Pay was not competitive for roles outside of engineering.

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

      Constant reorgs and layoffs. Tight budget for promotions.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
