Cons

Lack of awareness from leadership of market conditions that impact clients spend. They just want us to force every new product down a clients throat. One of the key benefits of working here was unlimited PTO which has now quietly been taken away by senior leadership. Even though we still advertise it as a benefit on job descriptions. Fear factor now within sales, constant micromanagement from senior leadership, unrealistic KPIs with a closed book of business. The business is forcing us to sell all these new products on every call we have with clients and unrealistic meeting/call targets, which isn’t “solution selling”. A culture of PIPs and annual redundancies now.

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
