Pros
Pay is great and RSUs are very good as well. The offices are all very nice. Ability to choose, onsite, hybrid or remote working style for most tech roles. the office managers are great and try to make fun events.
Cons
3 Large layoffs in 3 years. More small unadvertised layoffs happening. They are making everything AI that they can and getting rid of people where they can. Definitely have changed where employees now know that they are a number. Hopefully they find their feet and are able to turn things around as tons of transitions happening. In our area we had 4 reorgs this last year alone.
