      Wonderful environment, benefits, culture, technology, people., work life balance, flexibility. Interesting projects and great mission.

      Cons

      With current technology industry turbulence and economic conditions, this large company may not provide long term stability for current employees - layoffs have been frequent. Frequent reorgs and performance management changes. This may not be a concern for new hires.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
