      Nice brekkie and snacks. but tis the norm everywhere these days! MacBook

      Cons

      Boring work.. you are partnered with a sales reps who pretty much dictate how you'll spend your week meanwhile you spend your day thrawling through their accounts. Managers clearly have their favorites and they are promoted or are already, senior. . Unlimited PTO is a joke. Nobody wants to take 6 months leave, but do need time off when needed however this is judged on when you last took leave and will be declined.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
