Indeed is a great place to start your sales career and gain experience in inside sales. But even when you've proven yourself to be a top sales rep, there is no room for growth or promotions. Senior leadership does not promote qualified reps, nor do they promote woman into senior leadership. The way they set up quotas, you'd think they are wanting to see you fail so they don't have to pay you a big bonus. There is no transparency. Indeed is going downhill, and needs to rethink the way they run a sales floor and organization. They are not competitive in the market with pay, and now not even with culture. Don't be fooled by the game rooms, or fully stocked kitchens. At the end of the day that stuff doesn't matter, and what matters is how leadership is treating you. And leadership here does not give two sh*ts about you. Your just another person in the seat making the calls!
