      Pros

      Great pay and benefits, free food and snacks, unlimited PTO as long as you're hitting targets. Beautiful new office. Gave each employee $500 to purchase WFH items during coronavirus crisis. Quarterly team night outs paid for if hitting target.

      Cons

      Not the funnest place to work if you're not hitting targets.

      Pros

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

      Constant reorgs and layoffs. Tight budget for promotions.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
