Pros

Indeed it's SLT had an amazing and humbling response to Covid 19. Lay offs as a last resort. Guarantee % of bonus, even if under performed as the market is struggling. Quata adjustment for Q1 as market shifted. The message has consistently been, help out where you can, plan for recovery, keep safe.

Cons

So I have been at Indeed over 2 years now, and have had there has always been an issue with management, however what is particularly frustrating is that in the ACQ org, the message being put out there is seemingly the exact opposite of the SLT, pushing for hard close, chase your tagrget above everything else, and if you underperform you're a free loader because you're garaunteed your bonus.

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
