Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us, as well as your years of service to Indeed. We appreciate all the positive factors you listed but are disappointed to read about the negative aspects.
It is our priority to make sure we are listening and acting on the concerns and suggestions of our staff, as they are the ones who help build us up as a company, and are our biggest and most valuable assets.
Rest assured we put the jobseeker first with every decision we make, as it’s one of our core values at Indeed. Innovation is another one of our five core values and we love to test new ideas, and sometimes not all projects are a hit, but this is how we learn and continue to grow. With growth comes certain challenges which we may not have experienced before so we really do appreciate the support of our employees through this time as we learn.
We are aware that there is still work to be done in increasing diversity in some of our teams, and we appreciate the feedback you have given on this. Inclusion and Belonging is one of our core values, and the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging team works in partnership with HR and senior leaders to develop action plans that embed DI&B into all of our people processes and strategies.
