Pros
Good free food, that's about it.
Cons
Unless you mingle with the higher-ups, you are disposable. Individual Teams Management is lacking basic management skills, rather unprofessional.
I brought this to HR's attention, without any results.

Our managers are held accountable in our business to their leadership roles and we continuously monitor that through engagement surveys and manager performance reviews.
It is our priority to make sure we are listening and acting on the concerns and suggestions of our staff, as they are the ones who help build us up as a company, and are our biggest and most valuable assets.
Our HR team is also meant to be there to help build bridges between departments and people. As such, we are disappointed to read that you felt that you never received that level of support from our team.

We appreciate your feedback.
I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.
Cons
The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
