Pros
Catered lunch once a week Catered breakfasts every day Excellent annual leave Excellent opportunities to work on projects I joined Indeed 5 months ago and have settled in very quickly. The atmosphere is really young and energetic. All the employees are very vested in the company and the opportunities for growth are great. Managers are very interested in employee's careers and genuinely care. There is great work-life balance and there is a brilliant wellness programme available.
Cons
The company is still finding it's feet in terms of processes and systems. Some of the systems are a little bit dated but management listen to all feedback from employees and are looking at improvements.
