If you have an offer from Indeed, don’t think twice—just take it! Yes, there were layoffs in 2023 and 2024, but that was just the reality of the times. What really stays with you is the incredible culture, the people, and the sense of belonging. I miss this organization every single day.

I think the management should focus on the payouts, especially in India. This was the only reason why most of us might have moved out.
