      -Decent level of autonomy on the road - Build great relationships with clients and vendors -Decent stipend for car and gas -Decent work/life balance if you new how to get your work done

      Cons

      -Poor commission structure -Toxic environment led by people who don't know how to manage employees and team -Tactics taken to remove accounts from reps names to limit commissions even more and increase branch numbers -No action taken against employees who create toxic environment. Nepotism running rampant

      Pros

      Getting to experience an office setting and dealing with things on a day-to-day schedule. Able to work with many different people and get to know them on a more personal level. And having a wide variety of tasks to do each and every day.

      Cons

      Small office, but functional. Things could have been more laid out as far as structure and involvement with co-workers, but overall very good people to work with.
