The owner is very particular. He will terminate people without warning at the drop of a hat. There is a lot of gossip from upper management about petty things such as disliking hair styles and slander about serious things, such as assuming people are on drugs if they act any way out of the norm (e.g., going to the bathroom too ofen, blinking a lot) instead of actually focusing on the clients. The owner is also inexperienced and delivers feedback in a very negative and inappropriate manner. It was difficult to make RBTs feel supported and do what was right for the clients and their families while pleasing the owner by pretending to agree with him out of fear of getting terminated.
