Great direct care staff, disorganized environment - Clinician/Supervisor Independence House Employee Review

Important and meaningful work. Necessary support for a community with limited resources. Some there really care about their work and making a difference.

A lot of bias. Like high school. Saw some unethical things happening during my time there. Definite favoritism leading to management looking the other way. No advancement or growth potential.

The cause is important and the client work is meaningful. Some colleagues cared deeply about the work.

Ironically, my time there caused me trauma. I have never worked somewhere less ethical.
