Pros
Starting Salary is decent If you were in a health field that worked night shifts and were always missing birthday's, public holidays etc. This can be one positive.
Cons
It is NOT a 9-5 job as promised. If you get a lunch break you are lucky. You will work atleast 2 hours overtime a day that will not be paid for. You do not get sick pay for a year. Yes, for the first year, you have no sick pay. Comes off your salary. Technical NIGHTMARE. For being a company under the umbrella company of ATOS- a tech company, it is abysmal. Computers are 10-20 years old. Systems you use are inefficient and constantly crashing. Work culture is non-existent. 4 of 10 people that started in the same training class as me left within 3 months. You will not feel like you are helping people. You will see there is no clinical knowledge that you can bring to the table. You are primed to be a robot. The system in place fails to fulfill the main idea of the PIP benefit. I could go on and on. Unless you hate your job and want to try something with "normal" hours and a acceptable starting salary, stay far away from this role. It is soul destroying for us with Healthcare backgrounds.
