Pros

Working at Independent Utility Advice as the Training Manager has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. Not only do I get to contribute to the growth and development of a high-performing sales team, but I also feel genuinely valued and rewarded for the work I do. From day one, it was clear that this company recognises and appreciates the contributions of its people. Leadership is supportive, open to ideas, and truly invests in employee success, both personally and professionally. I’ve been given the freedom to build training programs that make a real impact, and the recognition I receive, whether through feedback, opportunities, or tangible rewards, makes me feel like a key part of the business. The culture is one of collaboration, growth, and mutual respect. It's fast-paced, but you’re never on your own. There’s a strong sense of purpose in what we do, and it’s incredibly motivating to see how our efforts directly help clients and drive the company forward. If you’re looking for a company where your voice matters, your work is appreciated, and your efforts are truly rewarded, I couldn’t recommend Independent Utility Advice more highly.

Cons

I wouldn't change a thing.

Pros

Working at Independent Utility Advice has been an absolute breath of fresh air after my experience at a previous broker. The work culture here is second to none—supportive, inclusive, and genuinely caring. It truly feels like a family. The people are incredibly humble, approachable, and down-to-earth, with no room for egos, which makes for such a positive and collaborative environment. They give you all the time and support you need to settle in and find your footing, rather than expecting you to hit the ground running without guidance. The company also offers fantastic benefits and incentives, which is a huge plus. On top of that, the earning potential is excellent—there’s a real opportunity to grow both professionally and financially if you’re willing to put in the work. All in all, Independent Utility Advice is a standout workplace with great people, great benefits, and a culture that prioritizes its employees' success and well-being. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Cons

Geared Towards Self-Starters: Success here often depends on being proactive and motivated. If you’re not naturally driven, you might find it challenging to thrive.
