Disappointing - Principal Engineer Indesco Employee Review

The MD at the time who I directly reported to was great. Team I worked with was good however toxic dynamics higher up took its toll on the teams.

Unfortunately there is too much to be improved under the new 2026 leadership.

Do not trust their word. They use verbally abusive words with their clients and colleagues in the office casually.

Horrible culture. No work. Minimal support or guidance. People who cannot be trusted for their word Terrible with their clients.
