Not a lot of room for career development

There are several very interesting projects to work on and it is something new all the time.

Criteria for career advancement seemed to be applied inconsistently, with some individuals held to different standards than others. Very clear instances of favoritism and nepotism. Rampant and clear discrimination (sex, race, religion, etc.)
