Did not have the chance to locate cons since it was only an internship

The coworkers and shift crew constitute the most valuable aspect of working at Indevco. They diligently take the time to support one another, recognizing each other's challenges. Without mutual support and advocacy, individuals would be overwhelmed by stress and disrespect.

The company hierarchy must align in their efforts to operate the organization effectively, rather than engaging in sabotaging behaviors for personal gain and addressing staff members with disrespect. Gaining proficiency in producing quality products within a company requires time and mentorship provided by genuine leadership. While anyone can assume the roles of manager or supervisor, truly earning these titles and gaining respect necessitates a unique, adaptable experience characterized by empathy and understanding.
