I got promoted over others because of the quality work I was doing here. Not for complacent people, must have work ethic.

They actually train you. Not a lot of places provide training. They just expect you to know it or figure it out. The team actually cared about making sure I learned the skills. They even offer hands on business training. The support and chance to train has been really helpful.

You have to actually put in work to apply the stuff they teach but that's not really a con. So none really. Just do the work.
