Pros
While there was some flexibility in work hours for certain employees, it often felt inconsistent and dependent on personal favoritism rather than clear policy.
Cons
My experience working here was extremely disappointing. The employer is highly unprofessional and often holds personal grudges against employees. There’s a complete lack of understanding of personal and professional boundaries — the male employer, in particular, showed an uncomfortable amount of interest in employees’ personal lives, which made the work environment feel intrusive and uneasy.
Manipulation and favoritism are a big part of the workplace culture. If you’re one of the favorites, you’ll enjoy flexible hours and lenient treatment. If not, you’ll quickly see how unfair and inconsistent things can get.
Professionalism is almost non-existent. Decisions are based more on personal preferences and emotions than merit or logic. Overall, it’s a toxic and disorganized place to work, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy or respectful work environment.
