Work environment & timely salary. Colleagues and the HR - responsive and helpful. However, I guess you have to be lucky.

Work-life balance can go for a toss. The general opinion will be that it depends on the project you've been assigned, nevertheless, it really can go south. System pulls you up for falling short of clocking a 9 hour schedule, even if it is by a minute. No policies covering over-time (at least I've had none). Lack in organised project management. I've been extremely fortunate with how my application was processed and handled. However, I cannot say that for everyone, since I am aware of an instance wherein an applicant's candidature was put on hold saying that they could not afford the expected salary. This was said after everything - tests and interviews - and only because of rigorous follow-up with the HR.

The management is transparent. They do varied formats of content. Thus I get to learn new content formats to work on Lot of opportunity for growth as different types of content and design elements are found in the projects

They can introduce more processes to en-capture all the different aspects of the projects
