Pros

* A great company to work with. * Very good culture in the companies, the values that they speak about is very true in their actions too. * A lot of learning happens everyday. * Constant interest to improve and deliver better experiences to trekkers which helps with internal growth too. * Came with 0 knowledge of the outdoors and leaving with so many learnings and a new perspective with respect to careers in the outdoors. * Worth working for few months atleast (if you have time constraints), I'm very sure it'll be hard to get to work in any other company with such a good culture.

Cons

* with growth changes keep happening often, so need to adapt to it very fast. * Be ready for a physically and mentally demanding lifestyle

There’s a strong sense of belonging among the people working here. Everyone’s motivated by a common purpose—bringing people closer to the mountains and leaving the trails better than we found them. Growth Beyond the Role: There are multiple avenues to grow—into content team, operations, training, or even exploration if you show initiative. You’re not boxed into one path.
