      If you set boundaries well, work is not very hectic. Lot to learn, good exposure.

      Pay sucks, appraisal is not so good, management is chaotic, too many bosses with ego issues with each other, making you the scape goat.

      None. You assume you're working with a reputable, longstanding firm - but no, top management is far beyond retirement stage and narcissistic, egotistic, control freaks - they have no respect for employees, foul language is common and constant demotivation.

      Cons

      Co-founder - who really has no business being a co-founder since she has no educational qualification is the most toxic person in the organization. Constant demotivation, no strategy or direction, there is no vision for the company, one woman controls everything - even top leadership is micromanaged. THE MOST TOXIC PLACE TO WORK!
