Nothing as such, all good

The only consistently positive aspect was that the salary was always paid on the 7th of every month.

Although management listens to employee ideas, they are rarely implemented, which can be discouraging. A single consultant is positioned as the expert in multiple areas (Dev, SEO, PPC, Content, Performance Marketing), and their suggestions are prioritized even when similar or better ideas come from other team members. The company lacks a clear long-term vision, which affects planning and overall direction. Employees are expected to follow instructions even when the tasks seem impractical or not well thought out. The company has strong website assets, but they are not actively utilized or developed to their potential.
