Rules change according to organization Arrogant and egoistic boss Salary deduction every giving ridicules reason Giving non technical work for technical employees because other employee had left the company. Need to beg for your own offer/joining letter boss will make you cry for relieving and Exp letter as you have hurt his ego by resigning Lower salaries compare to market even compare to local worker. Forget about annual raise
