1) You are basically a errand boy for them if you get a department other than finance. 2) If your objective is to learn here something then don't waste you time here you will only do printing and all that useless stuff. 3) Stipend is very low compared to other oil companies. 4) You will spend most of your time doing nothing or very stuff like data entry, printing, scanning, or whatever they say. 5) They basically need cheap labor. 6) even if you are in finance department you will get the same task every day so you won't learn anything new.
