Long hours if you don't live close to the garage

Shop usage for personal work at times. Company has good work flow. They create a lot of revenue.

Facility’s are basically ran by the corporate office. It’s hard to explain to them what all goes on behind closed doors within the facility. A lot of harassment within the facility between employees. Managers are never around. Which then again sometimes can be a good thing. This is a company that I believe is transitioning from a small company into a large corporation and they’re still figuring things out; Slowly, but getting better.
