      Nothing as such apart from slight knowledge of financial producuts

      Cons

      Everything which I can assume..They deduct 25 percent of salary if you are late by 5 minutes,Torture you when you are in NOTICE PERIOD..Manager will chase you if you are Five minutes late from washroom
