Everything is going downhill. You are expected to do an unrealistic amount of work. They keep adding more responsibilities instead of hiring staff where needed. No longer remote even though that’s what people liked. Constant changes. Underpaid. Local management is pretty good in some departments otherwise it’s trash. Feel stuck being at this company for the time being. Have been told anyone can do our job. Don’t give enough credit for work done. They preach about good culture but the culture is bad and has gotten worse. All upper management cares about is a bonus.
