Flexibility with shifts, home/life balance, benefits, PTO accrual each pay period, organization values, EAP, President is a good choice
Cons
Some leaders should be reviewed and/or removed, parking can be tough to find, the pharmacy doesn't offer as many items as a local hospital competitor does, the 13 different facilities are not aligned which makes some things difficult.
