Love the people I work with, but IU does not want to pay their nurses enough to stay. - RN - Associate Partner Indiana University Health Employee Review

Pros

Great learning experience, great people, very on top of infection control for the patient, 12 hr shifts, make your own schedule for the most part.

Cons

IU is the lowest paying hospital compared to surrounding hospitals, management doesn't seem to listen to the employees, they don't care.

Pros

very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

Cons

pay is low, increases are very small

good management (depends on the floor you’re placed on)
