      Pros

      Close to my residence. Has a good reputation. Is one of the larger facilities near my home. Have worked there for many years and I am familiar with it and its staff members.

      Cons

      Only larger hospital near my residence that is an IU Health facility without commuting..

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
