      It pays ok. That's about it. Don't work here.

      Cons

      Toxic management team. They bully, make threats, and punish their employees. The only thing they are good at is making their employees feel like they are inadequate and small.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
