      Pros

      Great health insurance and very reasonable premiums. I do not have to be on call or work nights/weekends.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. Management is less than ideal. Nurses are often managers for SW with no grasp of the work we do. Many micro-managers as well. Very little opportunity for advancement/.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      Cons

      pay is low, increases are very small
