      Management has no clue to what the employees need to perform their jobs. Unrealistic when it comes to goals.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      Cons

      pay is low, increases are very small
