      Everyone is friendly and providing the best care and service to our patients is the number one goal. Helping people is a rewarding feeling.

      Cons

      Some changes within the past few months kept me from rating this company 5 stars. There seem to be no growth in my department as well.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
