Large community presence with strong academic reputation due to teaching hospital status. Competetive benefit package. Riley Hospital's reputation is the strongest in the state and allows Clarian to rely on that reputation.
Cons
Executive leadership out of touch with needs of staff and patients. Personal accountability is very low. Fiscal leadership is lacking and cost overruns and program spending is uncontrolled.
