Pros

Working for an Indiana University Hospital was a great experience. The management team was very helpful accommodating scheduling and staffing issues.

Cons

Indiana University Hospitals are pushing out LPNs in order to achieve magnet status which is a silly thing to achieve. Not all people can go back to school and further their education while continuing to work part time.

Pros

very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

Cons

pay is low, increases are very small

Pros

good management (depends on the floor you’re placed on)

Cons

Easy to be overworked. It really depends on the nurses you are working with.
