      They are extremely flexible and family-oriented. They believe in continuing professional development for staff, leadership and board members. As a social service organization, the work ICAA does is needed and valued by the folks living within these communities.

      Cons

      ICAA operates on grant funding through federal and state resources. Because of the rural location of the organization, there are limited financial resources such as foundations to help support the work ICAA does.
