Absolutely no accountability from upper management team, Management has unrealistic word load expectations, they say you can get OT approved upon request to finish a task but then tell you that you have to leave early on another day to prevent having OT, will write you up for things that are out of your control, yelled at, belittled and talked down to like your a child, must CC your manager in EVERY email and send a reaction to every email your manager sends or CC's you on, premature preformance reviews.
